Mateo (Antonio) Pérez de Albéniz

Jean-Louis Capezzali was born in Saint-Etienne and studied at the Versailles Conservatory where he won the Gold Medal and Honours Prize. In 1979 he became Professor of Oboe there and has since taught at the Conservatories of Nantes and Rheims among others.

He was a prizewinner at the Geneva International Contest and, in 1986, the International Contest of Prague. In 1984 he was appointed soloist with the Nouvel Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France.
